JANUARY, 2005 URBAN RENEWAL MEETING MINUTES:
January 11, 2005
1. ROLL CALL: At 10:08 a.m., in the absence
of Chair Welch and Vice-Chair Peterson, Member Beckstead opened the meeting.
Agency Members Woodruff, Beckstead, Campbell and Church answered the roll. Chair
Welch and Members Peterson and Abbott were absent. A quorum was present.
2. CITIZEN COMMENTS AND CONCERNS: None.
3. AGENCY MEMBER COMMENTS AND CONCERNS: None.
4. MINUTES: The Agency considered the minutes from the September 29, 2004
meeting. Member Woodruff moved to approve the minutes as presented. Member
Campbell seconded, and the motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSION: AT 10:10 a.m., the Agency adjourned into Executive Session
pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(e): To conduct deliberations with persons designated
by the governing body negotiate real property transactions.
6. ACTIONS, IF ANY, FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION: At 10:20 a.m., the Agency reconvened
into open session. No further action was taken
7. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: Nothing further.
8. ADJOURNMENT: At 10:21 a.m., there being no further business to come before
the Agency, Member Woodruff moved to adjourn. Member Beckstead seconded, and the
motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
