JANUARY, 2004 URBAN RENEWAL MEETING MINUTES:

JANUARY 8, 2004

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Chair Welch called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. Chair Welch and Members Beckstead, Church, Peterson, Woodruff, Abbott, and Eder answered the roll. A quorum was present.
2. CITIZEN COMMENTS AND CONCERNS: None.
3. AGENCY MEMBER COMMENTS AND CONCERNS: None.
4. MINUTES: The Agency considered the minutes from the August 7, 2003 meeting. Mr. Beckstead moved to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Church seconded, and the motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
5. FINANCIAL STATEMENT: No comments.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION: At 6:16 p.m., the Agency recessed into Executive Session, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (1)(e): To conduct deliberations with person designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
    At 6:55 p.m. the Agency returned to Open Session.
7. ACTIONS, IF ANY, FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION: None
8. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: Nothing further.
9. ADJOURNMENT: At 6:56 p.m., there being no further business to come before the Agency, Mr. Beckstead moved to adjourn. Mr. Church seconded, and the motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
