APRIL, 2001 URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY MEETING MINUTES:

APRIL 5, 2001

1.    ROLL CALL: Vice-Chair Lehmann called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Vice-Chair Lehmann and Members Woodruff, Boehme, Welch and Church answered the roll. Chair Moore and Member Peterson were absent. A quorum was present.
2.    CITIZEN COMMENTS AND CONCERNS: Mr. Dowsett noted that he had been contacted by Chair Moore earlier that day regarding the fact that he may not be able to make it to the meeting.
3.    AGENCY MEMBER COMMENTS AND CONCERNS: None.
4.    MINUTES: The Agency considered the minutes from the March 1, 2001 meeting. Member Welch moved to approve the minutes as presented. Member Boehme seconded and the motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
5.    FINANCIAL STATEMENT: There were no questions.
6. APPROVAL OF BILLS: 
   
A.    Preston, Gates, Ellis: Member Welch moved to approve the bill in the amount of $10,847.65. Member Boehme seconded, and the motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
   
B.    Attorney Bill: Member Boehme moved to approve the bill in the amount of $787.50. Member Welch seconded, and the motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
7.    OLD BUSINESS: None
8.    NEW BUSINESS:
   
A.    Consideration of Memorandum of Understanding (City & WURA): Mr. Dowsett noted that this was the standard memorandum which was approved annually. Member Welch moved to approve the Memorandum of Understanding for Fiscal Year 2001-2002, Member Woodruff seconded. Member Woodruff confirmed that the dollar amount was based on internal cost recovery. The motion then carried unanimously on a voice vote.
9.    ADJOURNMENT: At 6:35 p.m., Member Boehme moved to adjourn. Member Welch seconded and the motion carried unanimously on a voice vote.
