MARCH, 2004 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
MARCH 23, 2004
At 6:45 p.m. it was determined that a quorum
was not present. Commissioners Perry, Cutter and Meatzie were in attendance.
Chair Balen and Commissioners Milligan and Cvar were absent. Commissioner Uhl
had previously notified staff that he would not be able to attend, and was
excused. As a quorum was not present, the meeting was canceled.
