DECEMBER, 2003 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
DECEMBER 9, 2003
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Chair Balen
called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Chair Balen and Commissioners Milligan
and Uhl answered the roll. Commissioners Meatzie, Cvar and Cutter were absent.
Commissioner Hauser had notified staff in October that she had to resign her
position in November due to a work-related relocation to Portland. The vacancy
has been duly advertised. As a quorum was not present, the meeting was adjourned
to the next regular meeting date in January. The members that were present did
spend some time discussing the proposed revisions to the development code, but
no decisions were made.
